Foda Lecithin wani ƙarin abinci ne na halitta wanda aka yi da lecithin mai ruwa mai ɗauke da sinadarin soya mai ɗauke da sinadarin NON-GMO tare da cikakken kayan aikin cire CO2 mai ƙarfi da aka shigo da shi daga Kamfanin Uhde na Jamus. Jimillar sinadarin lecithin ya wuce kashi 95%, gami da sinadarin phosphatidylcholine (PC, lecithin) na 20-23%. Foda lecithin yana da ayyuka da yawa na gina jiki da kiwon lafiya ga jikin ɗan adam. Lecithin na waken soya wani samfuri ne da aka samo daga man fetur na man waken soya. Ester ne wanda aka haɗa da glycerin, fatty acid, choline ko cholamine, kuma ana iya narkar da shi a cikin mai da kuma abubuwan da ba su da polar.

Abun da ke cikin lecithin na waken soya yana da rikitarwa, wanda ya ƙunshi lecithin (kimanin 34.2%), cephalin (kimanin 19.7%), inositol phospholipid (kimanin 16.0%), phosphatidylserine (kimanin 15.8%), phosphatidic acid (kimanin 3.6%)) da sauran phospholipids (kimanin 10.7%).
