Aikin Xanthan gum
Ana amfani da shi sosai azaman mai kauri mai jure gishiri/acid, wakili mai inganci mai hana ruwa da emulsifier, wakili mai cike da danko a cikinabinci da abin sha daban-daban. Ba wai kawai zai iya inganta aikin kiyaye ruwa da kuma kiyaye siffarsa ba, har ma zai iya inganta daskare/narkewa da kuma ɗanɗanon abincin da abin sha.
Amfani da Xanthan gum
1. Ana iya amfani da Xanthan danko a matsayin mai kauri, mai daidaita, wakili mai dakatarwa, mai daidaita co-emulsifier, wakilin shafi da kuma mai daidaita kumfa.
2. Ana iya amfani da shi sosai a abinci da abin sha, ana iya amfani da shi a noma don magance iri, magungunan kashe kwari da kuma ciyarwa.
3. Haka kuma ana iya amfani da shi a fannin kayan kwalliya na mutum, yadi, masana'antar yin takarda, kayayyakin masana'antu, kayayyakin kashe gobara da sauransu.
